Design Process
After initial contact has been made, Ian will arrange a suitable time to visit your home to give a full appraisal of your garden, and to discuss your brief.
After ideas and sketches are discussed at you home,and the brief finalized, Ian will forward a full breakdown of the design fees.
Design fees depend on the scale of your project, and the involvement required by Ian. Fees are charged at an hourly rate.
A second visit will then be arranged and a set of sketch drawings presented which are open to discussion and input from the client, before final drawings are completed and presented at a third meeting. Clients are then invoiced for the designs provided.
Construction
After the design is agreed on and completed, Ian provides a full break down of all the costs to build the garden, including labour, plants, materials, specialist items etc.
Ian can then provide the whole construction process including all electrics, lighting, water features paving, timber work etc. This enables the design to implemented properly without the need for a Landscape Contractor.
