Functional family garden with office

Having spent all of my adult life designing and building gardens for other people, I reached the point were I decided to treat myself with a garden for myself.

Our family home and garden needed to be a functional space. It is not a large plot, but we need it to do a lot. We have a child, and an other on the way, we also have two dogs, and the average amount of washing to dry.

I needed an office space, and an area to produce the garden plans etc, as well as a workshop / shed for the normal bits and bats.

We inherited fish in the garden, who needed a new pond. We also had the level changes to deal with which is nearly a two metre drop at the back of the house.

I also had the opertunity to do something very unique and to show off a little.

We wanted a space to entertain family and friends with get togethers and BBQ's.
